Built to the highest standard
The homes at Vaidilutės 37 are built from materials made to last – a combination of clinker brick, timber and concrete.
A two-storey structure, substantial facade materials and considered proportions give the houses a distinctive architectural character.
Construction was carried out by the „NTX“ team, with more than 15 years of experience and a high standard of workmanship.
Interiors designed for living
The homes are sold fully finished and furnished to a high specification.
Walls are clad in fingerprint-resistant panels, doors are full-height, and modern lighting is installed throughout.
Every detail – from the flooring to the lighting – has been chosen for both comfort and looks.
Modern building services
Each home has an LG air-to-water heat pump, underfloor heating, heat-recovery ventilation and air conditioning.
The buildings meet energy performance class A+, keeping running costs low and comfort steady all year.
Provision is made for connecting solar panels and an EV charging point.
Generous light and open views
The main windows face south and west, so the houses stay full of daylight.
The living rooms have windows on three sides, and the first floors of houses A and B look out over the river.
Development on the surrounding land is restricted, so the views will stay open.

The generous plots are planted to a landscape architect's design, with automatic irrigation controlled over WiFi.

A fully finished home
One of the four homes is handed over completely finished and furnished – with designer-selected furniture, travertine surfaces, a bioethanol fireplace and „Miele“ kitchen appliances.
You can move in without planning a thing: finishes, lighting, plumbing and furniture are already in place.
The other homes are handed over partially finished – partitions and suspended ceilings installed, walls skimmed and painted, electrics run and concealed plumbing fitted. Flooring, tiling and furniture remain.
After dark
Facades, entrances and planting are lit to a dedicated lighting design – after dark the development is a different place entirely.
